The Secret to White Teeth

The Claim: You need to pay the advertiser for the secret to white teeth. Usually the claim is a mom discovered this secret for under $5.00. Well, it's true. And you most likely have it right in your cabinet now.

The Truth: Pay for the results and you'll be told to use EasyWhite and DazzleWhite Pro which are highly regarded as a scam operation if you visit many consumer activist sites. Many variations of the name exist and none are to be trusted.

The actual secret is Brush with baking soda and peroxide. It's not the brushing that whitens your teeth either; it's the exposure to these active agents. Two natural whiteners are carrots and strawberries. It's suggested to drink Tea through a straw but who does that? Just brush your teeth if possible after drinking tea or be prepared at day's end to brush with baking soda and rinse with peroxide.

Leaving the peroxide in your mouth longer allows the active agent to whiten however it will make your gums tender. Results are fast, just keep at it. You should also note that you don't want to actually BRUSH your teeth with baking soda. You want to apply the baking soda to your teeth with a brush but don't brush vigorously as it is abrasive and will remove the enamel from your teeth if you are not careful.

Stemulite - Natural Alternative to Steroids

The Claim: Ads and loaded articles explain that Stemulite is alternative to steroids (anything is an alternative to steroids). Stemulite ads claim steroids don't build muscle they blow it up, and it's not permanent. Not true. The ads also claim Stemulite uses natural muscle repairing ingredients to help the body repair the micro tears from weight lifting so you build actual muscle with more long lasting results.

The Truth: Steroids do build muscle but the more you use the more you'll lose when off it. Muscle is muscle but prone to loss without the use steroids.

Stemulite at $120 per month is unproven. It claims an active ingredient 'Indium' works by balancing the feedback of 31 hormones. There is no evidence to back that claim. It claims it that within two weeks you will increase your workout by 10%. The fact is if you go to the gym to two weeks faithfully you will increase your workout by 20% to 50%. You don't need an unproven supplement to accomplish what plain ole discipline of attending the gym for two weeks will do for you anyway.

What is Indium? Indium is a carcinogec metal that never dissolves in water. Proponents of indium sulphate claim it is safe for human consumption. Again no evidence is offered to back this up. However research does sustain the assertion that "all indium compounds should be regarded as highly toxic. Indium compounds damage the heart, kidney and liver, and may be teratogenic."

Here are the supplement 'facts'(?) which don't add up. Mexican Yam extract? Eggplant extract? Even the lipoic acid is unproven as an 'oral' antioxidant. As best my research can tell Acetyl L-Carnitine has no purpose in this supplement.

Russian Brides

The Claim: European Women have strong family values yet men in their country are drunks and cheats. They'll make an American man happy.

The Truth: While a few introductory services actually intend to help American men find a Russian bride, the vast larger percentage have but one plan. To extract as much money from you as possible.

Even tiny few that put any real effort into providing a real service are infested with women that also perform a ruse to con men out of money. You have a double gauntlet to run in an effort to find a Russian bride. Those that do marry men in America, have a 75 percent divorce rate.

Sites that let you actually chat live with women you browse from a catalog pay women to chat with foriegn men forcing them to pay for more time to chat with women that are no actually interested. Services that fly men to Russia do not vet women whom also prey on American men for gifts. Women that become involved do so for gifts until you figure out they are not interested in marriage. The few that do marry execute a plan to stay married until their citizenship is complete and divorce. With odds that far stacked against you, it's better to avoid the diabolical appeal of these sites.

Acia Berry Weight Loss Pills

The Claim: The use of Acia Berries 'in a pill' as a weight loss supplement.

The Truth:  Acia berries are high on list of natural foods with antioxidants. Acia berry has more than three times the antioxidants of pomegranates or prunes. Acia is indigenous to Central and South America. Aside from its properties as an antioxidant, it contains not calories and is also thought to be a appetite suppressant.

Thus the idea of placing it in a pill was born. The only problem with this theory is that it is unproven. There is NO scientific research or studies to back up the claim that putting Acia in a pill will benefit you in ANY way.

If you want the benefits of Acia berries, then ingest it naturally. Preserving an antioxidant is very hard if not impossible. Even white tea as an antioxidant loses its potency after it cools. The bottled white tea has minuscule if any antioxidants left when you buy it in a store. Subsequently attempting to place the power of an Acia berry in a pill is no more than a notion or myth.

To top it off NO studies exist that even tie the Acia berry to weight loss. Yes it's a great healthy food to eat. There is NO proof that an Acia pill offers ANY health benefits. Don't be fooled by charts, anyone can create one. Remember the logic behind this argument, you antioxidants become inert when they leave a host fruit or vegetable.

The Secret to Great Abs

The Claim: Pay for the Secret to Great Abs

The Truth: Numerous factors come into play for great abs. The hardest and most key factor revolves around exposing the abs. The old saying "Abs are made in the kitchen" is the secret. You have to lose weight to expose the abs.

In terms of the actual work on your abs, here is the good news. While you only need two to three 10-12 minute (maximum) ab sessions per week, your work will not become evident until you (men) reach 8 % to 11% body fat. For women it is 16 - 19 % body fat. Since men store fat in the belly and women at the hips, each group has their work cut out for them.

Scores of diet plans exist however for everyday people just laying off the complex carbohydrates (breads, pastas, chips) and High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) drinks (soda - empty calories) and juices will almost single handedly put any diet in good order.

To lose the weight you don't need to do heavy reps, but more, lighter reps. This will take the weight off, and NOT bulk you up. Example, bulking up may require 6 to 7 reps of extremely heavy weights. For firm muscles and weight loss, you would do 12-20 reps of light weights. You should only need 3-4 sessions per week from 30 to 60 minutes ONLY. In addition aerobic routines do not shed pounds, a balanced free-weight work out will actually take off the fat.

Rest periods between reps and sets should only be 30 seconds. You can't isolate work on the upper or lower abs.

In time muscles develop memory so you should switch up your routines.
