Ah the beauty of these words. Why? Oh the story behind this video of the day I'm about to tell. Let me take you back to the early 1990's... Jellyfish is a new band that is isn't doing grunge. They are not only playing a retro 70's sound, they actually pay tribute to the bubble gum pop style of the 70's; From the Partridge Family and Archie's to Queen and Badfinger. You can hear traces of tributes to Willy Wonka and theme to The Courtship of Eddie's Father. But what I really enjoyed about Jellyfish was that they embraced a string section throughout all their songs, not merely one or two. The violins in New Mistake are arranged to perfection.

I was not some hot commodity to women, but I was a hell of a fun date because I was busy living life, not trying to find one. So I'd be out on a date and New Mistake would begin to play. I'd sing along to my date, but always with a wry smile that could break into a laugh at any time...
