Blogging on the go here is my game end reaction....What a game!   I was so torn!   I can't remember laughing and having as much fun watching a SuperBowl in years!

Before the game I wanted the Giants to win but felt it was just NOT going to happen.   So with friends munching on my now famous pretzel dogs, (all you need is the dough and you can bake them anywhere) we enjoyed the best SuperBowl in years!

I got to blab about how crazy stupid I am about wanting to See Jumper when that commercial aired and of course when Ironman showed up... that was big talk.  The one my son has made me promise to take him and his little brother to is Wall-E.   We saw previews for this last month and this one is utterly amazing in the visual comedy value.  That should be a blockbuster in its own right.

Halftime…. Thank GOD for a halftime show that wasn’t ridiculous.  Great band, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers playing can’t miss songs, four and out.  The NFL got it this year.

Oh... and the game!  Can you believe that pass from Eli in the last minutes of the fourth quarter!   Just as my son says... "He's not as good as his brother..."   He makes a stunning play.  He's sacked, then he's not!  He's throwing a duck, but its caught in an acrobatic jump ball play in no-man's land!  In double coverage David Tyree comes down with the ball. (video: http://www.nfl.com/videos?videoId=09000d5d8067d05e)   That wasn't the only game saving play but it sure was the most exciting.

Very few SuperBowls come down to the final minutes.  This was a great finish.

I was truly sad that Tom Brady and the Pat's didn't have a perfect season. No joke.   I was a Dolphin's fan all my childhood and I still have a fondness for the team even though I've been a Saints fan for the past 15 years.  The Patriots won every game except the one they needed to win.  This is heartbreaking.  It seems unfair.   In post game a Giant's fan held up a sign... 18-1.  I laughed saying, "That's rude!"  But it was funny.    I really didn't care who won.  I wanted a good game and figured either way it would be a great story.

If the Patriots win, they make history and I was there to see it.  If the Giant's win, then wow, what a great story for an underdog showing the world someone could finally beat the Patriots.

And that is the way it will be written.  Now to clean up a Super-mess.  LOL

Congrat's Giants!  I'm really glad to see my Saints Archie Manning's two sons BOTH win a SuperBowl.  That guy loved his boys so much that he put everything into them.  My oldest son looked at me a few times tonight saying he hopes he and his brother can do the same for me someday.   Damn I love my boys.  :)
