Making the Nick Berg execution for download is something I've given a lot of thought. He was a living breathing human being. he is gone while we live on. His last moments were so underserved and what is worst is he will never know justice. Hell, WE will never know justice for Nick Berg. If there is a chance in time he could ever have justice delivered to his murderers then showing you this video may bring cause to it. Be more than outraged. Do something; if you do no more than have resolve to support the effort to bring peace to Iraq, do something.

I realize that it is gruesome but frankly the resolution the terrorist provided is not as graphic as it could be and thank God for that. What you will see is worse than appalling. It hurts. It makes you hurt very badly. I personally welled up with disgust that God could put such evil on this earth.
Why I've decided to do this comes down to a simple fact. Americans can't truly understand the evil that surrounds us unless they see it first hand.
Nick Berg's neighbor in West Chester PA was quoted this morning (May 12, 2004) stating, "The Iraqis killed their best friend." Nick Berg did not go to Iraq to harm a soul. He went there to help. He reached out as thousands of Americans have. For years Americans have been asking themselves why these people hate us so much. The day they flew planes into our tallest buildings made us all think as one. We all felt pain and knew we did not deserve it. Now once again we are asking ourselves why?
If you are liberal minded, I ask you to please consider that in light of the recent prisoner abuse in Abu Ghraib prison I know the terrorist "justify to themselves" that this is why they retaliated . But know that they already hated us and this gave them justification for murder (in their minds).Daniel Pearl was also decapitated; these people don’t need much reason to kill. So please don’t get too righteous that our troops caused this murder. Yes they did, but again they can’t be justification for Nick Berg’s murder. Murder is wrong, flat out. Nick Berg was from all I’ve heard and read a nice person that wanted to help. I can only guess these Iraqi’s are so heartless that once they found out he was Jewish, they could care less that he only came there to help. Again, it puts in perspective of just how evil these sick monsters are. They are barely human. I know many Iraqis are good, but why are they too not stepping up and helping us find these monsters? My question to every good hearted Iraqi is, “Why are you not helping us help you?”
To know me is to know I support American being in Iraq. Yes I know why we are there. It was not for weapons of mass destruction, at least not on a whole. Sure if we found them we were justified to the world, but frankly we are there to try and give sanity to the world; to bring barbarians into the modern era. We are there to remove anger and hate and replace it with an open society that can prosper in a democratic state. We went there to remove a dictator and inject a democratic nation in the middle of hateful ancient Islamic nations to show those other nations what democracy can do for them as well. Our hope is long term to stabilize the world and take away the reason for people to live terroristically. If we wanted their oil, we would have just invaded the place, made it a U.S. colony and guard the refineries while the population lived in squalor. We could do that to Sudia Arabia or any of the middle east nations. It is not about oil. The fact we get oil is a benefit but it is not about oil. We in Iraq to help. Bottom line. We are there to give the common man a chance to live free and earn a living for his family. For them to practice what religion they desire and understand that harmony is predicated on differences ...co-existing despite your differences. The world resents America until they come and live here. The world resents Americans because we live as they wish they could. The world hates America because we have what they don't, freedom in the truest sense of the word.
In every instance that we have taken troops to another country we have been there to help ...then go home. If there is something in it for us long term, great. Everyone deserves compensation for a job well done, it is silly to think otherwise. But friends are earned by deeds, not simply because they look pretty. America has paid for its will to step up and do the right thing for countries in need.
My heart goes out to Nick Berg's family something fierce. I'd like to kill the monsters that did that to Nick Berg. I'm a Hawk. I believe that America knows that if we are going to help the world, we have deal with the fact that our decisions are going to be unpopular. Doing the right thing is not always popular. Nick Berg was caught up in politics, but how anyone can kill a person simply because they are American or NOT Islamic is beyond comprehension. That they killed him so heartlessly shows me that we are dealing with the greatest ingratitude known in our day.
These people are fools. They can't even see we are trying to help. Yes they have leaders that tell them we are NOT there to help but to hurt their religious party or political party and they have to upset that balance, but every man should be able to think for himself and know true right from wrong.
I could see if Nick was being used as a human shield and he had to take a bullet for his country, but this was truly incomprehensible. I've tried upside down and backwards to see how the Iraqis could do this to a man and the only thing that comes to mind is recalling how Saddam Hussein put live human beings in giant shredders for plastic and shredded them alive ...feet first. I can only think, they enjoyed it.
Well, now I'd enjoy killing you. Too bad I'm willing to tell you I'd meet you on the street, while you hide behind a mask. You are cowards and deserve to live in the dark ages. It is too bad we are helping you. You just don't deserve it.
